Every HAUST order is carefully prepared from our Paris studio before beginning its journey to your home.
Because many of our pieces are produced in small batches or made to order, shipping times may vary slightly depending on the item you've selected.
Processing Time
Most orders are prepared and dispatched within 2–5 business days.
For made-to-order pieces or limited collections, additional preparation time may occasionally be required. Whenever this applies, the estimated lead time will be clearly indicated on the product page.
Shipping
We currently ship from France to most European countries and selected international destinations.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your destination and the size of your order.
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its journey.
Local Pick-up
To save on shipping costs, complimentary pick-up is available from Paris or Annecy for selected collections.
When available, simply choose Local Pick-up during checkout.
